Do you want to spoil your family or friends with a home-made chicken dish? This is a hands-on opportunity for people who want to try out Indian home-style cooking. Farhana Risvi will not only teach you how to prepare a tasty chicken dinner but also explain how to blend the different spices to make typical Indian seasonings. You will practise your English chatting away while cooking and eating your delicious meal. And of course while you do the cleaning up.
